Main Box Office is located Deschutes County Fair & Expo Center at the end of Mt. Jefferson Drive. 3800 SW Airport Way, Redmond, OR, 97756. The office is located on the Northwest edge of the festival grounds.

FACILITIES
Medical: The Reggae Rise Up medical team will be on-site to address any type of medical problem you may have. If you need assistance go to the medical tent, locate security, or a festival staff member.
Security: Our primary goal is to create a safe and secure environment for everyone in attendance. To ensure this, there will be on-site security provided by our private security staff and local police. If any problems occur whatsoever, locate a festival security guard, police officer, or festival staff member.
Food: Reggae Rise Up’s Vendor Village will offer a variety of food options from several local food trucks/vendors. We will have vegetarian/vegan options as well. More detailed information will be released as the festival becomes closer.
Bars: For our 21+ attendees we will have several beer options throughout the festival grounds with your favorite domestics, imports, and local brews. In addition, we will have multiple bars with full liquor options.
Bathrooms & Handwashing Stations: Bathrooms and hand washing stations will be placed throughout the festival site. We ask that you help us in keeping them as clean as possible for the next festival attendee.
Information / Lost & Found: Stop by for any and all information you need related to Reggae Rise Up Oregon. Here you can find festival maps & guides, drop off or find a lost item, set times, etc.
Vendors: Vendor Village will feature local retail vendors offering a wide selection of items like clothing, accessories, craft items, tech products, and more. Festival and artist merchandise will also be located in the vendor village.

Yes, tickets will increase as inventory is sold through, and as we get closer to the festival dates. We always recommend purchasing in advance to save the most money. Tickets are also often SOLD OUT ahead of the festival, so lock in the good vibes now!
Yes! There will be a great variety of food vendors, plus several beer trailers along with full alcohol bars.

This event was designed to provide equal opportunity for enjoyment by all participants.
No, we do not allow pets or emotional support animals. However, registered service dogs are permitted to enter the event per ADA guidelines. If you need clarification on whether or not your dog is considered a service dog, please refer to the first section of the service dog FAQs on ada.gov.
There is no outside food or alcohol allowed into the festival, but you are able to bring in one (1) sealed water bottle up to 1L in size or an empty reusable personal water bottle.
We will have plenty of food options from local vendors for you to choose from.
We also have a FREE water refill station available.
Please note that all items will be subject to search upon arrival.
Food, water and alochol will be allowed in the Campgrounds – please refrain from bringing glass items.

100%. Festival Totems, Flags, Signs, accepted and encouraged.
Absolutely! We welcome families of all ages. Kids 6 and under are also free.
Strollers for children are permitted but expect them to be searched.
Due to safety concerns, space, and viewing concerns, we kindly ask you to leave the tents and canopies at home. You CAN bring chairs and blankets along with small personal umbrellas.
*For 2025 we will have designated chair areas at each stage. No chairs or blankets in front of the sound/lighting booth (Front Of House).
Of course, we have a dedicated medical tent with several professional EMT units to help when needed.

Festival goers can exit and re-enter the Festival Grounds at any time.
There will be NO RE-ENTRY for people or vehicles leaving the Campgrounds or venue property at any time. Emergency situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
