A collaboration between chef Reuben Soares and his wife Ariane Soares Da Braddah’s Grindz brings an authentic Hawaiian flavor to Las Vegas. Chef Reuben started working in culinary in Hawaii in 1999 as a bus boy and eventually became the head cook and eventually manager of a local restaurant in Kailua Kona, Hawaii. In 2017, Chef Reuben and his wife relocated to Las Vegas and started a food truck which several years later evolved into a second brick and mortar location in Northwest Las Vegas.

They will be serving Teriyaki Beef Plates, Poke Bowls, & Bulgogi Fries.
