Guaca Go has been serving healthy food & fresh guacamole to the fine folks of South Florida since they began as an event & catering company in 2016. Four years later, founders Carson Bennett and Amber Benjamin figured out what was missing from the fast-casual eatery scene: guacamole! With their passion for making fast, affordable, and healthy food available to all, Guaca Go opened the doors to its very first restaurant in the summer of 2020 and its second restaurant in January of 2023.

Since then, they’ve been pouring love into the new menu and putting smiles on people’s faces all over Boynton Beach, West Palm Beach, South Florida and beyond! Some of their foods include build-your-own bowls, wraps, kids meals, cold drinks as well as plant-based options for vegan friends.
