Kenny Mullins (KNex) is an American Pop Sync-Artist, Songwriter and Producer from St. Petersburg, Florida.  In his career he has worked with several well respected artists, engineers, producers and songwriters such as, Justin Gray (John Legend, Avril Lavigne), Brian Malouf (Michael Jackson, Queen), Chris Gehringer (Rihanna, Lady Gaga), Marty James (Luis Fonsi, Justin Bieber), Jarrod Bettis (Adele, Melissa Etheridge), and JT Roach (One Republic, Slander) to name a few.

Kenny started his journey in music with the Florida Pop/Reggae outfit, Resinated. As a touring band Resinated drew audiences on several national tours for close to a decade sharing the stage with Dirty Heads, The Wailers, Collie Buddz, Rebelution, Iration, Maxi Priest, Michael Franti, Citizen Cope, Shaggy and Slightly Stoopid, Eve 6, Erykah Badu, amongst others. Kenny’s music has exceeded over 10 million streams world-wide.

His eclectic style and approach to songwriting is seamless and free-flowing. Currently Kenny Mullins (KNex) pursues writing and producing music for tv and film alongside developing aspiring sync-artists.

Kenny is published by Kobalt Music/Nextphaze Music Publishing and endorsed by Fender and Native Instruments. He is a songwriter in part with  ASCAP.

Kenny has written songs for the HULU, Netflix, and the Kardashians. His plans to write for artists and TV/Film has lifted off fairly quickly.
