Underground Pizza Company (UPC) is a pandemic-born start-up created by Evan Weinstein. The concept started as a hobby and quickly grew from home bakes to purchases from friends to ghost kitchens & pop-ups, and is now open for business at their first brick & mortar in Power Plant Live! in Downtown Baltimore Maryland.

The focus of UPC has always been and will always be centered around our passion for both quality and flavor. Our pizzas are designed from carefully selected ingredients with a focus on peak flavors and interesting combinations, with the ultimate goal of producing an “Ah-Hah” moment with the people enjoying them. We never skimp, we never cut, and we are constantly reassessing what we’re doing to figure out how we can make it better.

Our pizza is what is known as Detroit Style Pizza, which is a focaccia style thick crust pizza made in 10”x14” blue steel pans. Our dough is made in small batches, kept on a rigid proofing schedule, and topped with the finest ingredients, and finished off with one of our house made sauces, imported parmesan, or other toppings to create the perfect pizza.

Underground Pizza will be serving Detroit-Style Pizza.
