All purchases are for Reggae Rise Up 2025, not a specific artist.

All Shipped Orders (NON-WILL CALL Ticket Types) will be sent to the address on file. If you have moved from the address you provided, please stop by the Festival Box Office for support.

REMINDER: All International Orders are WILL CALL-Only.

If you purchased or received a WILL CALL ticket type, wristbands must be picked up at the Festival Box Office.

Wristbands are linked to the current name on the order, and only that person can receive direct support. To pick up your wristbands, please remember your confirmation email and a valid government-issued ID.

Our team can only offer support to the order holder for ticket orders purchased through our official ticketing partners (Event Live & Jampack).

Your wristband must remain on your wrist at all times during the festival. Wristband replacement fee is $20, and support is available at the Festival Box Office.

2025 Box Office Hours

Thursday, August 28th – 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Friday, August 29th – 8:00 am – 10:00 pm

Saturday, August 30th – 9:00 am – 10:00 pm

Sunday, August 31st – 9:00 am – 10:00 pm

The Box Office is located at the Northeast Entrance into the Festival Grounds, referred to as the Main Entrance on the Festival Map, adjacent to the Oregon State University Extension Service (Map Coordinates: 44.2379649,-121.1823944).

There will be temporary parking available at the Festival Box Office.

Don’t put your wristband on until you’re on your way to the festival.

Wristbands can’t be removed or loosened once you put them on.

Only wristbands purchased through Event Live or Jampack are valid.

Wristbands are Non-Transferable and Non-Exchangeable

All Camping Passes were Delivered Electronically with QR Codes assigned per individual site. These QR codes will be scanned upon entry after passing through the Security Checkpoint.

3. Sign in using the same method you used when purchasing (Google, Apple, etc.)

4. Under “My Events,” click or tap the ticket count for your event
