If you purchased a WILL CALL ticket type, wristbands must be picked up at the Festival Box Office.

All wristbands are associated with the name of the original order purchaser. Only the person whose name is on the order may receive direct support for wristbands.

Our team can only offer support to the order holder for ticket orders purchased through our official ticketing partner (Tixr).

If you are picking up wristbands at the box office, please remember your order Confirmation Email and a Valid Government-Issued ID.

All patrons will need a valid wristband & TIXR QR Code to enter Reggae Rise Up Vegas Festival 2024 and must keep it on for the duration of their wristband (Single Day vs Multi Day).

You will receive an email via TIXR One (1) week before the festival with a .pdf attachment that has a scannable QR Code for each ticket purchased. This QR Code will be scanned at the MAIN FESTIVAL GATE.

PLEASE NOTE: ONCE WRISTBANDS ARE ON THEY DO NOT COME OFF. We recommend waiting until you are heading to the festival to put your wristband on.

PRO-TIP: Insert your right hand through the band, and position it comfortably on your wrist. We recommend leaving roughly enough space to fit a finger beneath the band before tightening.

Wristband Replacements for tightened or damaged wristbands will be distributed at the Box Office. Wristbands CANNOT be replaced if lost or left at your hotel/home. Replacement fees may apply.

Only wristbands purchased through Tixr or Authorized Retailers are valid.

Wristbands are Non-Transferable and Non-Exchangeable
