All purchases are for Reggae Rise Up 2025, not a specific artist.

All Shipped Orders (NON-WILL CALL Ticket Types) will be sent to the address on file. If you have moved from the address you provided, please stop by the Festival Box Office for support.

REMINDER: All International Orders are WILL CALL-Only.

If you purchased or received a WILL CALL ticket type, wristbands must be picked up at the Festival Box Office.

Wristbands are linked to the current name on the order, and only that person can receive direct support. To pick up your wristbands, please remember your confirmation email and a valid government-issued ID.

Our team can only offer support to the order holder for ticket orders purchased through our official ticketing partners (Event Live & Jampack).

Your wristband must remain on your wrist at all times during the festival. Wristband replacement fee is $20, and support is available at the Festival Box Office.
