CAMPGROUND ENTRY CANS AND CAN’TS
The following items are ALLOWED in the RV Park and Campgrounds:
Alcohol (NO GLASS CONTAINERS AND MAY NOT EXCEED TWO 30 PACKS OF BEER OR 1.7 L BOTTLE OF LIQUOR)
Food / Drinks (NO GLASS)
Point-and-shoot cameras / cameras with detachable lenses less than 2” long
Portable camping grills
Forty (40) pounds of charcoal per grill per vehicle will be allowed
Propane tanks 20lbs or smaller will be allowed. Only 1 propane tank (20 lbs or smaller) per grill per vehicle or 2 small camping tanks per grill per vehicle
Propane fire pits
Tent canopies no larger than 10×10
Instruments but no professional production or audio systems
Hand tools with the exception of knives
Non-powered bicycles
The following items are PROHIBITED in the RV Park and campgrounds:
Weapons
Glass
Wooded open fires
Kegs
Built Structures
Drones
Kites
Balloons
Lasers or Light Pointers
Fire Spinning
Tiki Torches
Fireworks
Illegal Substances
Professional cameras (with detachable lenses longer than 2” long)
Box trucks / tractor-trailers
Laser pens or similar focused light device
Vending
Power Tools or Tools with gas motors
Scooters, skateboards, dirt bikes, ATVs, golf carts, or other similar transportation devices will not be permitted. 2-wheeled objects aside from bicycles will not be permitted within the RV Park.
FAQs
Festival Ticket Holders may WALK between the campgrounds and the festival grounds throughout the day. However, there is NO RE-ENTRY to the campgrounds once you have left the property – meaning you may not leave in your vehicle and return to your camping location. EMERGENCY SITUATIONS WILL BE HANDLED ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS.
Campsites will be assigned upon arrival
Everyone staying in the campgrounds must also have a Reggae Rise Up Oregon festival ticket.
Guests are welcome to check into their camp sites from 3pm on Thursday, August 28. Check-out time is 11am on Monday, September 1.
If you are an accompanying vehicle entering with an RV and parking within the RV campsite, you must arrive on site at the same time as the RV – you cannot arrive later and meet your RV on-site.
Tents and tent camping will not be permitted in RV camp sites.
All vehicles brought into the Park must have current registration, insurance, license plates, and tags.
Each vehicle is subject to a complete and thorough security search before entering the RV Park and campgrounds. See the Allowed & Prohibited List to make sure you’re not bringing inappropriate items. Once your vehicle has been searched, staff will direct you to your Car Camping or RV Spot.
No building of any structures is permitted.
Awnings and carpets that require staking to the ground are NOT allowed in Expo Center Park RV sites.
The maximum speed limit throughout the Park is 5 mph.
Open fires are strictly prohibited. Only charcoal briquettes are to be used in barbecue grills. Propane fire pits are allowed and MUST not be left unattended.
EXPO RV Center Rules:
Quiet hours are from 12:00am until 8am: loud noises (including loud voices), running of generators, and bright or unnecessary exterior lighting are not permitted during this period.
A maximum of one RV/trailer and one other vehicle may be parked in an RV site. Roadways must be kept clear at all times.
All occupants are responsible for keeping their site clean and free of trash, and maintaining the exterior of their RV/trailer in good condition. Littering is prohibited anywhere on the property.

Parents and guardians are responsible for the actions and safety of their children. Children should not be allowed to wander or play outdoors without adult supervision.
Food, beverages and smoking are not allowed in the restrooms, showers or laundry area.
Illegal or excessive use of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. Smoking is not allowed outdoors.
No clotheslines, signs, detached awnings, barriers, poles, decorative exterior lighting, decorations, or structures may be erected on any site without approval of management.
Extension cords may not be plugged into site hookups or other Park electrical receptacles. One power cord, approved by the manufacturer of the RV/trailer, may be used to provide electric power from the site hookup to the RV/trailer.
At all times, only registered guests of the campgrounds are allowed in the park from August 28-September 1, 2025.
The park is irrigated using an automatic sprinkler system. Occupants must take reasonable steps to protect their vehicles and other property from water damage. Park will not be responsible for any water damage.
Park management is not responsible for the receipt, safekeeping, storage or delivery of any mail, parcel or package.
Park management reserves the right to take any action reasonably necessary for the safety of Park property, occupants, guests or employees. Failure to comply with Park Rules or reasonable management requests may result in expulsion from the Park.
Expo Center RV Park RVs
An RV pass is required for each RV entering the grounds (think of it like a wristband for your RV). RV spaces vary in size from about 30’ to 75’. In addition, each space includes one car. No tents or tent camping will be permitted.
The following vehicles are considered an RV, and every RV entering the grounds requires an RV Pass:
- Any size RV: Class A, Class B or Class C
- Limited bus sizes (no tour buses, prevosts, or motorcoaches with low clearance allowed)
- Any vehicle wider or longer than a normal 15 passenger van is considered an RV (230.8″ x 79.3″ x 82.3″)
- Any vehicle towing a camper or 5th wheel of any size. If you’re hitching anything, it’s an RV. (Box trucks and trailers are not allowed into the RV Park.)
Primitive RVs
The Primitive RV Pass includes access to and an RV space for the weekend.
An RV campsite, approximately 20’x50′, including room for one accompanying car. Accompanying cars include a truck that is pulling an RV Trailer. No additonal cars are permitted.
No tents or tent camping will be permitted in RV sites.
An RV pass is required for each RV entering the grounds. Tractor trailers and box trucks are not permitted
Each person in the RV and with the accompanying vehicle must have a Reggae Rise Up Festival ticket.
RV sites are assigned and based on order of arrival and cannot be moved once placed.
Sites are located on either grass or asphalt.
You must arrive with your entire group to guarantee placement together in the campgrounds.
RVs are not provided or available to rent from the festival or venue.
There are no electric or water hookups for Primitive RV sites, but mobile pump options are available for a fee.
Power RVs
The Power RV Pass includes a 30-amp or 50-amp power hook-up RV camping space for the weekend.
Power RV passes do not include water or sewage hook-ups.

An RV is defined as any vehicle larger in length of 20’. All oversized vehicles and campers that are towed are considered RVs. Box trucks and trailers are not permitted.
There will not be any hookups or dumping areas apart from the Expo Center RV Park sites. There will be a mobile pump option for RV’s available for a fee.
Are there Hookups/Dumping areas? There are no dumping areas. Water, sewer, and electric hookups are available for Expo Center RV sites.
There are no water hookups for Car Camping, Power RV and Primitive RV areas. but we will have a mobile pump option for RVs available for a fee.

Generators smaller than 4KW are allowed. You are allowed to bring the appropriate amount of gasoline to power it which is no more than 10 gallons of gasoline. Gasoline must be stored in a proper gas tank. Any excessive amounts of gasoline will be confiscated.
We do not allow anyone without a festival ticket to enter the campgrounds, and we do not allow RV delivery at any time.
There are no outlets at your personal campsites unless you purchase an Expo Center RV Park Pass or Power RV Pass that explicitly includes this feature.
The Power RV Pass includes a 30- or 50-amp power hook-up RV space for the weekend. Stay in the luxury of your own RV only a short distance to the entrance of the festival! To purchase a Power RV Pass, visit our Ticketing Page.
Yes! You can come with a bicycle, motorcycle, or even on foot, but the purchase of a car camping pass is still required. You will be allotted the same car camping space as those with vehicles.
Yes, showers are available for a fee and available from 7 am – 2 pm each day of the festival.
RVs: If you are an accompanying vehicle entering with an RV and parking within the RV campsite, you must arrive on-site at the same time as the RV – it cannot arrive later and expect to go meet the RV.

Primitive Car Camping: Assuming you are camping in the same campground, Primitive Car Camping, you will be camped with the people who arrive at the same time as you. So if you want to camp with a few friend’s cars, be sure to arrive and get in line at the same time.
Yes, you can purchase ice within the campgrounds. 8AM- 2PM at accessible locations.
