The Box Office is located at the East Entrance to the Festival Grounds, adjacent to the Oregon State University Extension Service (Map Coordinates: 44.2379649, -121.1823944).

Temporary parking will be available nearby, just a short walk from the Box Office.

Yes, tickets will increase as inventory is sold through, and as we get closer to the festival dates. We always recommend purchasing in advance to save the most money. Tickets are also often SOLD OUT ahead of the festival, so lock in the good vibes now!

Yes! A wide variety of food and beverage options will be featured throughout the festival grounds and campgrounds. From local food trucks to specialty vendors, there’s something for everyone, including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options, plus several beer trailers along with full alcohol bars.

This event was designed to provide equal opportunity for enjoyment by all participants.

No, we do not allow pets or emotional support animals. However, registered service dogs are permitted to enter the event in accordance with ADA guidelines. If you need clarification on whether your dog qualifies as a service animal, please refer to the first section of the Service Animal FAQs on ADA.gov.

To complete a Service Animal Registration Request, please notify Reggae Rise Up of your service animal’s attendance and your need for assistance during the festival.

There is no outside food or alcohol allowed into the festival, but you are able to bring in one (1) sealed water bottle up to 1L in size or an empty reusable personal water bottle.

We will have plenty of food options from local vendors for you to choose from.

We also have a FREE water refill station available.

Please note that all items will be subject to search upon arrival.

Food, water, and alcohol will be allowed in the Campgrounds – please refrain from bringing glass items.

Absolutely! We welcome families of all ages. Kids 12 and under are free with a paid guardian.

Strollers for children are permitted but expect them to be searched.

Due to safety concerns, space, and viewing concerns, we kindly ask you to leave the tents and canopies at home. You CAN bring chairs and blankets along with small personal umbrellas.

*We will have designated chair areas at each stage. No chairs or blankets in front of the sound/lighting booth (Front Of House).

Of course, we have a dedicated medical tent with several professional EMT units to help when needed.

Festival goers can exit and re-enter the festival grounds at any time, as long as they are wearing their valid wristband. 

You must scan your RFID Wristband in and out each time to authenticate.

However, there is NO RE-ENTRY for vehicles leaving the campgrounds. In the case of an emergency, exits may be considered on a case-by-case basis by security or festival staff.

Music will end at 11:30 pm on Friday and Saturday. Music will end at 11 pm on Sunday. Please arrive early to experience all the amazing bands.

If you’re driving in for the day, please enter the festival grounds via Mt. Hood Dr. and follow the signs for Day Parking.

Parking Options:

Premium Parking provides the closest access to the West Entrance and the Rise Up Stage.

Regular Day Parking is located farther away in the east gravel lots near the East Entrance.

Weekend Parking Passes are only available for the Regular Day Parking option, which allows overnight parking. Overnight parking is not permitted for Premium Parking pass holders.

ADA Parking is also accessed via Mt. Hood Dr. and uses the same entrance as Premium Parking. Follow the signs for ADA Parking, which will direct you to spaces closest to the West Entrance and the Rise Up Stage.

All Day Parking and Premium Parking lots open at 11:00 AM each day. Please purchase your parking passes in advance to help ensure a smooth entry experience.

Your Festival Wristband is required for entry and securely holds all your commemorative items. Each ticket type includes a specific number of redemption tokens to redeem. Simply scan your Festival Wristband at the designated ticket type redemption spots (Platinum VIP,  VIP, & GA+ Lounge Areas) to pick up your commemorative items.
