Only wristbands marked for 2025 will grant access to Reggae Rise Up Florida Festival 2025.

All purchases are for Reggae Rise Up 2025, not a specific artist.

All patrons will need an EventLive or Jampack QR Code AND an Official Reggae Rise Up Arizona 2025 Wristband to enter the festival grounds.

To receive a wristband and gain entry to the festival, QR Codes must be scanned at the Main Gate.

For Multi-Day Tickets & Re-Entry, QR Codes must be scanned at the Main Gate regardless of wristband being on.

All wristbands are associated with the name of the original order purchaser. Only the person whose name is on the order may receive direct support for wristbands.

Our team can only offer support to the order holder for ticket orders purchased through our official ticketing partner (EventLive).

Your wristband must remain on your wrist at all times during the festival. Wristband replacement fee is $20.

Please have QR Codes out and ready each time you enter the Main Gates so our team can assist you as quickly as possible. At your time of entry, please turn up your device’s brightness to assist the ticket scanning process. Wristbands must be worn at all times once inside the festival.

Thursday, April 3rd | Open from 4:00PM – 9:00PM

Friday, April 4th | Open from 11:00AM – 10:00PM 

Saturday, April 5th | Open from 11:00AM – 10:00PM 

Sunday, April 6th | Open from 11:00AM – 9:00PM 

The Box Office is located on the SE Corner of Mill Ave & Rio Salado Pkwy Intersection.

For any questions, wristband swaps, or to purchase any remaining wristbands, please see our amazing Box Office staff.

Wristbands can’t be removed or loosened once you put them on.

Only wristbands purchased through EventLive or Authorized Retailers are valid.

Wristbands are Non-Transferable and Non-Exchangeable.

All Re-Entry Scans will be done on the same QR Code scanned for Wristband Redemption and entry through the Main Gate.

** SINGLE DAY TICKETS GET ONE (1) RE-ENTRY FOR THE DAY THEY PURCHASED
